About the Artist — Ez Tündi
Based in Montréal, Québec, Canada, Ez Tündi is a wellness practitioner, lyricist, and creative visionary who bridges the worlds of music, mindset, and holistic healing. Her professional background combines multi-disciplinary certifications and mentoring through bodywork. The therapeutic foundation is strongly rooted in Traditional Thai-Yoga Massage (as practitioner and teacher). Adding further depth is her approach as a Pilates instructor, ThetaHealing® Life Coach, and Quantum Energy Healing practitioner. These disciplines inform her writing transforming personal growth, emotional awareness, and living experience into art that uplifts the soul.
